In an effort to promote ocean equity, Color the Water has partnered with Watts Labor Community Action Committee to offer free surf lessons to Watts' youth. Four years into this mission, the Coastal Conservancy is now sponsoring a mural to continue inspiring the Watts community to surf and access the beach.
